Through this project, I learned the importance of user research in challenging assumptions. Initially, I thought users wanted more features, but research showed they actually wanted simplicity and clarity.
The use of progressive disclosure helped reduce cognitive load, showing only essential information on the home screen while making advanced features easily accessible.
Visual feedback and micro-interactions were crucial in building trust for financial transactions, making users feel confident about their actions.
